Q. Is online ordering really secure?
A.CCAvenue is our payment gateway. CCAvenue asks customers to supply various personal data when
placing an order, such as name and address, credit-card information,
and E-mail address.
We use this data only for the purpose of filling an order, or communicating with the customer or supplier about the status of an order.
We treat this customer information as private and confidential, and we will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law.
We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services.

Q. Can I place my order by email?
A. We designed our site's ordering system
to protect the security of your personal information, including your credit card
number. Since ordinary email is not secure in the same way, we cannot accept orders
sent via email. For your security, please do not include your credit card information
in any email you send us.
Q. Do you share my name, email address
or postal address with other companies?
A. We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing
lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required
to perform our services.
Q. Why should i enter my Pan no?
A. This is for Indian users only and is an optional entry. You could enter it to avail tax benefits on the workshops conducted by the Life Positive Foundation, which is a registered NGO.

Q. To order, does my browser need to be set to "accept
cookies"?
A. Yes. Your browser has to be set to accept cookies before
you can place an order at Lifepositive.com. You can change
the cookie setting in your browser's Preferences, usually

Q. What is the Shopping Cart?
A. Just like a shopping cart in the physical world, the
online Shopping Cart is where you place all the items
you'd like to buy. Click the "Add to Cart" button for
any item you'd like to order and we'll place it in your
cart for you - and show you a list of everything that's
currently in your cart. When you're ready to place your
order, just click on "View Cart" and click the
"Checkout" button.
Q. What if I have a problem while placing an order?
A. Although most online orders go very smoothly, occasionally
you may experience some bumps in the road. If you're not
sure about what to do next to complete your order, try
beginning at the Shopping Cart. In most cases, you'll
get back on track and easily complete your order. If you
continue to have trouble with your order, please contact
us.

A. We're sorry, but orders cannot be changed once they've been submitted. We process
orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to
modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope that in the majority of cases
our faster processing times work to your advantage.
Q. What sort of order confirmation will
I get?
A. After you order, we'll send you an order
confirmation by email, to be followed in
most cases by a shipping notification email.
For most orders, the shipping notification
will include information on how to track
your shipment.
Q. Can you send my order confirmation to
more than one email address?
A. At this time we're unable to offer this
service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q. What is the tracking number for my order?
A.If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an email with the order number(s) for your order. We usually provide this information within two days after you've placed your order. You will also get a mail from our payment gateway with details of the payment. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to help you.
