Mahesh Kumar has been providing Yoga Services for the past eight years. With time he has upgraded his profile by becoming an expert in Yoga. He also started a centre named Paradise Trainer Zone. It is a fitness centre where coach for weight loss/ gain, Yoga, Aerobics, etc., is provided. Mahesh's journey with Yoga began when he was around twenty years of age. He took coaching for six months from Dronacharya Trainer Zone under the guidance of Mr Prashant Sharma (who has been awarded the title of Mr Delhi three times!) in Tughlakabad. After gaining experience, Mahesh was amazed at its efficiency in reducing the stress. Practising Yoga helped him achieve a much needed personal balance; much like body-mind balance. He began to study more on the subject, and since then, there has been no holding back Yoga has been a part of Mahesh's life for over nine years, and its practice has helped him grow stronger, more flexible and fearless. He seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind, and soul.
