" My name is Rajni and I am 62 years old. I had everything in life yet something seemed to be missing. I used to face issues in taking even small decisions about my life. I used to feel under confident about my day to day life dealings and would often feel small about myself, bottle up my feelings, suppress my desires and have difficulty in expressing my emotions. The state of feeling suffocated mostly was a very familiar emotion for me. I joined the Involve to Evolve program and with every single session starting experiencing and learning something new about myself that brought about many positive changes that I could feel inside of me.
