" I am Reiki Level 1 and 2 Certified by Christinaa. I learned Reiki not because of healing others and myself but because I had a strong desire to feel the Energy. Her methods are more practical and effective. The training for Level 1 and Level 2 took 2 days to complete, 1 day for each level. Both included theoretical explanation, practical experience, Q&A sessions which cleared most of the doubts and attunements. We learned the symbols, their usage, and benefits, practiced them over different chakras and understood the concepts properly. The study material is sufficient to help us recall the session. Since I learned Reiki, I am able to actually feel it. There is lot more than energy that is spread about in the general public. The more we practice Reiki, the more we are able to feel it. I am still practicing Reiki but neither for professional purpose nor for healing myself. It just helps me in getting connected to God and the universe. I truly am feeling positive changes in my life since I learned Reiki Energy. I would definitely recommend everyone learn Reiki so that they too can feel the positive change in their life.
