Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd has announced that its wellness brand Moksh which currently runs a premium wellness place in Mumbai, has now gone online with their first interactive community site to network fitness and health enthusiasts from all over the world with Moksh.
The site called mokshonline.com aims to create and integrate a worldwide community of young people interested in staying fit and enjoying a better quality of life. The five gurus who drive the site will guide visitors through new and exciting ways to practise yoga, meditation, different kinds of dances, martial arts, as well as the usual fitness, beauty, weight control regimes that are part of the wellness programme at Moksh. Each avatar will be represented by an expert on the subject who will respond to queries, address issues raised, and keep the Moksh community growing through various interactive projects and programmes.
I learnt a lot from the grub guru who told me that I eat a lot more protein than my body requires! While I correct my diet, you could go check out naach guru, soul guru, trim guru and glam guru and see what they have to offer! One thing is for sure, it will be a lot of fun, the chairman of the company, Pritish Nandy, promises so. He says, 'Movies and wellness start with the same premise: looking to have a good time. You can only have a good time if you live well and take care of your physical and spiritual health as a part of daily routine. Fitness should be like entertainment. It should give you pleasure.
