Global appeal and request to each and every one to realize the meditation under your own guidance, own performance, own oneness with abundant nature to seel personal, personality development; in due course of time when each one keep on practicing meditation regularly there will be ultimate sustainable development of society and naturally the country. All the global dwellers when keep on doing meditation regularly the entire globe the world will be supreme peaceful, prosperous, joyful, humanitarian place to where everybody will be the great powerhouse. Thousand-mile journey begins with first step. Just start with first meditation realization session of 20 minutes. Get realized with innate peace in mind with bliss and abundance in its very first realization session. Those who get realized with supreme joy-bliss- anand and new consciousness keep on regular meditation as a part of their life. Their life becomes the super consciousness, the regular 9, 11 and more years’ practice leads to attain the supreme consciousness and oneness with nature. Let’s think of our family and its well-being and by meditation, exercise, yoga, meditation and visualize the family with abundance, healthiness, peaceful mind and humanitarian behavior. Make meditation as part of your regular life. In companies, offices, schools, colleges, prisons, houses wherever possible make group, social meditation and find hundreds of benefits. No tension, no I'll health, no disease, no frustration, no forgetfulness, .... Just keep meditating and get health, wealth, peace and prosperity.
No religion, no cast, no creed, simply scientific meditation.
Scientific meditation process: Fold legs, keep spinal cord and head straight, close eyes, keep sitting at least for twenty minutes. This process has to be done on empty stomach. Meditate at any suitable time, avoid the noon time 1 am to 2.30 pm.
General process of realization : In the first 5-7 minutes various pictures and thoughts comes and go. Sometimes there are only thoughts. Sometimes there are moving picture like continuous moving pictures. Then after 7 minutes onwards the frequencies of thoughts and pictures becomes less. At the 13-15 minutes onwards the mind and brain and thoughts are nearby thoughtless, picture less. After 16-18 minutes onwards the joyful calm mind , brain and refreshed body slowly comes out of the meditation condition and on 20 th minutes the normal eye opened but deep refreshed, uninterrupted flow of energy remains in the body. This refereshed joyful condition effect lasts for 5-7 hours and its positive effect lasts for 24 hours.
In such a condition concentration in studies, work is improved, person works for a longer time without any visible tiring mind. In these conditions tensions and like effects are minor. There are minimum mistakes and maximum right, correct works accomplished. Some persons prefer to meditate twice a day- before starting a duty of eigt hours or students meditate before lectures and after work and lectures. Before work or duty beginning and after the duties the twice a day meditation effects are very great amazing.
The development in individual’s life, reflects in a family’s life and when the families all together meditate its reflection is seen in society. For national development, peace and prosperity it could bring about great revolutionary changes. Such meditating family working in diverse areas would have only intention of humanity and development. If the same applied for national population as whole the nations would attain great economic deployments with innate peace. When all the countries could meditate the global population and the world as one family would be like a heaven- the peaceful, healthy, wealthy, peaceful unique place.
वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम् . “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” . "The World Is One Family".
अयं निजः परो वेति गणना लघुचेतसाम्।
उदारचरितानां तु वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्॥
ayaṃ nijaḥ paro veti gaṇanā laghucetasām।
udāracaritānāṃ tu vasudhaiva kuṭumbakam॥
यह मेरा है, वह पराया है, ऐसे छोटें विचार के व्यक्ति करते हैं।
उच्च चरित्र वाले लोग समस्त संसार को ही परिवार मानते हैं॥

This approach is each one everyone and all when keep on meditating the results could be visible in few months. Let’s do not keep discussing start meditating and once realized meditate regularly. Think global, think universally, act locally and realize the results globally.
