Deworming campaign for children on February 10
Sona Sarovar Trust successfully conducted a deworming campaign for underprivileged children, reinforcing our commitment to their health and well-being. Deworming is essential for children's growth, as intestinal worms can lead to malnutrition, anaemia, and hindered growth. By providing deworming medication, we aim to improve their nutritional uptake, boost immunity, and enhance overall health.
Even during the Lockdown, we continued to give them Deworming Medicines, Bananas, dates, sprouts, kaala chana, special laddoos, and the ration for their families to survive as their parents were Daily Wage Earners.
After Lockdown we conducted Medical Camp to assess their health.
Doctors were amazed at their health as all over India the condition of underprivileged children had deteriorated leading to malnourishment and here our children were Healthy and Happy despite the hardship endured for 2 years.
Sona Sarovar Trust continues working towards a healthier future for children, ensuring they grow strong and free from preventable diseases.
