Pahalgam sees spirituality in action
When we see any horrific catastrophe, our mind almost loses its faith in humankind. We should also remember that this is the place where we see true humanity in action.
At Pahalgam village in Jammu and Kashmir left 26 people dead, sending shockwaves across India and beyond. Pahalgam is a lovely village in Kashmir designed for the winter with lovely little wooden roofs.
After the event, people were shocked and did not know what to do.
The Army arrives
The Indian Army stepped in. The soldiers said “We are here for your safety. Hum log fauj hai,"
The Indian Army truly helps people in all situations and surely are true saviours of not just India, but humanity. This is why the Indian army is respected all over the world.
Organisations
Organisations like the Gurudwaras offered free meals and aid to many stranded tourists. Commercial hospitals also offered free medical aid. Many people in the tourism industry reached out to save the victims.
True kashmiriyat
Along with this, people of Kashmir reached out to each other and to the tourists showing true kashmiri hospitality. I for one am certain that Kashmir shall revive due to its inherent spirituality and beauty
