Love for all and hatred for none’ was the key message disseminated at the Peace symposium organised by the Ahmadiya Muslim Youth Association in New Delhi recently.

Amok Das, youth preacher, ISKON Temple, spoke about achieving peace and harmony through the concept of oneness. “One,who knows God, knows peace. We do not sprinkle water on the leaves but we water roots to nourish the plant. In the same way, God is our father so we all are brothers and sisters in him,” he said.

Shiraz Ahmad, secretary, Ahmadiya Muslim Community, explained that peace can only be established if everyone respects God. “Expressing sympathy is not enough when you witness scenes of starvation and hunger. We should feel the pain of the sufferers and do something to eradicate it,” Ahmad said.
