With the advent of the New Age, there is a drive towards holistic systems in all areas of human activity. The corporate world has been the recipient of many such initiatives.
Birgitt Williams: Training the corporates to live fully One more such venture stands waiting in the wings, the brainchild of Birgitt and Ward Williams from the US. The duo, creators and co-owners of Genuine Contact Program (GCP), travel around the world to aid organisations and employees in leading a holistic professional and personal life.
The Genuine Contact Program (GCP) provides a framework and creates life-nurturing conditions to bring together diverse group of stakeholders to share their ideas in order to create collective wisdom and energy. Participants work together to peel away the external elements that separate people, such as job titles, positions in the community and territorial ownership. They work in their humanness around their common interest or concerns, to create positive change in minimum time frames.
Birgitt and Ward have worked in India through many organisations. In 2006, they copyrighted their work and invited enthusiastic individuals from around the world as co-owners to take forward GCP in their respective countries. One such organisation in India is Genuine Contact Space or GCS, run by Vibha, who is also a co-owner of the GCP and the first Indian to offer this work. GCS is going to host Birgitt and Ward Williams in New Delhi from October 10 to 30, for various GCP workshops like strategic planning, leading and acting from a new level of consciousness, individual health and balance, and cross-cultural conflict resolution.
