The founder of the Cosmic Rhythm centre, Akhilesh, is a senior reiki master and holds psycho-spiritual workshops all across the world. Reiki healing of first and second degree is taught at the centre. The enlightenment workshop is a four-day residential course, combining contemplation with truthful communication, in order to experience the deepest truth about yourself. It is a mental and spiritual cleansing process, which when done allows wisdom to enter.

Having studied under Dr. Brian Weiss, Akhilesh holds sessions on past-life regression to remove any issues or baggage we might be carrying over from previous lives. Very often we have unexplained recurring diseases, fears, instances of déjà-vu or hidden talents, which can be managed better with past-life regression. Anger management workshops are also conducted, which help you to recognise, understand and control anger. In Mumbai, Sarika Gupta holds workshops on behalf of Cosmic Rhythm. She has recently held reiki and aura scanning workshops in Chembur.
